Ardeevin House is a lovely terraced house situated in the heart of Derry City. The house itself has lots of character and original features. It has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. It had two bathrooms and 2 reception rooms. It also has a secure backyard with patio furniture. Dogs are welcome.

  Ardeevin has been completely refurbished whilst still trying to keep its many original period features.  It is very central in the historic part of the city and is just a short walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants. It’s in a perfect location for the city’s main attractions, the murals and walls with them situated less than a two minute walk. There are also many museums and the newly opened peace bridge at a 10 minute walk. It’s also a perfect location for visiting Donegal or the Giant’s Causeway.
